Ok so I answed my own question, it was a username issue, I found that when one of the other tech created her email they used firstinitialLastname in Exchange but linked it to her AD account of lastname firstinitial not sure how this is working but if you use one username they get the mailbox cant be found obviously but use the right one and it works.
