 hey congrats to you!! i just got diagnosed with sleep apnea earlier today — 28.5 AHI — and joined this group out of hope for some advice. its such a relief to see that its possible to reduce the number for good, after my doctor basically said that very likely wouldn’t happen. thank you for sharing your story and giving the rest of us hope! .
