They both use the same 6-piece set bonus so they get the same benefits. They are both squishy, they both have good burst. Hatred feels a tad more squishy but it has better overall damage. It is one of the squishiest classes there is, but it doesn't have to be, it can be made to emulate its sister spec like Madness.
